Plenty of options. Staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. We could not find the jacket we were looking for. They recommended us to come to another location to find the jacket.

Love this store and location. It usually has some kind of sale and the staff are quite good here...friendly and helpful. The store managers at this location, while sometimes changing over the years, have always been very good...kind, helpful and informative. 5 stars for sure.

I did not receive much help while I was looking for backpacks. Honestly I was super confused and usually at a store like this staff comes over and asks if you need help. However, for this one I had to find an employee and ask questions but she seemed bothered by my questions and tried to end the conversation super quick. It was in the middle of the afternoon and the store was almost empty so it wasn’t a crowd problem. I would have appreciated a little more help and input to get what I wanted. I instead had to sit and google my way through things.

Do not give them your email unless you want to be bombarded with promotional mail that don't provide any unsubscribe option.nnActually like North Face clothes, but not letting me unsubscribe or at least choose what marketing I receive leaves me salty enough I'll avoid purchasing anything from the company again.
