Pretty happy with this place. Anything computer related you can buy or order here. Staff are pretty friendly and the prices are pretty decent! No complaints.

In my line of work I go through headphones like it's almost a hobby of mine and I've been here countless times to buy new sets and every time I'm in there it's like pulling teeth to find someone to help me. I don't have a long lunch break and with a tight schedule I just want to be in and out. Today was the last straw, I was standing for almost 15 minutes after asking for help and I left empty handed, I promise I will never return.

The location is just fine, staff are decently friendly at times... The problem. As a whole is the company. Return policy's from the Dark ages. Price matching that has a "ONLY IF WE HAVE TO" and "DESPISE DOING IT" sort of vibe. (Not complaining about pricing as a whole, they usually have the best price) I will avoid buying anything from them as I have a massive fear they won't stand behind a product. Hefty restocking fee's, and it feels as if every product has its own custom return policy. I am not asking them to have a Walmart sort of policy on this kind of stuff but something more friendly would be nice.

This is the worst Canada Computers- DO NOT GO THERE if I can give them(-5)I'll do it , we bought a video card from them - WITh DEFECT and they refuse to exchange. The only thing is to send it to the manufacture and if they decide to exchange or repair we will have a working video card, actually we bother their junk and they don't care. I never saw this in CANADIAN store.

Hard to get help. Staff is quick to hurry you along. They dont really help you and beware when oyems seem to be on sale they are regular price or sometimes higher w8th a red tag can be misleading.
