Terrible. custom. service. I went in there and sure they have a lot of great products but I had some questions and the one older women I was able to find was very very rude and condescending. She inturrepeted me multiple times and I was very polite but she was so rude, I went in there with an idea of everything I wanted but she was so rude and no help with my simple questions that I left. Moral is they have good products but awful service. I won't be going back their literally no help and so snobby.

The staff aren't really that attentive but the location is well stocked and always has the supplies you need so if you go in knowing what you're looking for then you'll be fine. Some staff can be helpful when asked but meh, nothing specially knowledgeable beyond common stuff I mostly knew myself.

They really help you. There ia good expert here. You have an idea or advice and they have better options for you. Love it.

Do not purchase extended warranty on any products. Complete waste of money. My hair dryer blew up before the extended warranty and now they will not transfer the warranty to my new product... basically making it a complete waste of money. Customer service in the store and over the phone were extremely unhelpful and adamant that certain things occurred in order for me to receive compensation, but that wasn't the case. If you just LISTEN to the customer and their experience, you would understand my situation. Very disappointed in this whole situation. Never shopping here again

Bought 1 set of eyelashes. Went home put them on and realized they were not the same.... I went back the store..... What a roller coaster just to get proper eyelashes that I rightfully paid for !!!! The workers there must be trained to be blind because they told me they were the same eyelashes, so I started asking the customers who confirmed they were different lashes. If it wasn't for the customers I wouldn't have got new proper eyelashes! Dont come here ! If i could give 0 stars I would.
