If your looking for good customer service, friendly staff, and knowledgeable people, this is the place! I've delt with Andrew for the past 9 years and keep going back because he's always on the ball, willing to help, knows his stuff and amazing customer service! Good example of Andrew's commitment to customer service; I once called Andrew on a Friday 5 minutes to closing time because I had just run out of gas and had a job to do over the weekend, Andrew stuck around past closing to get me some fresh bottles. If that's not customer service I don't know what is!

I very rarely write reviews because I expect that good service should be the norm, not the exception. I am compelled to write this review because the service that I got from Dan was exceptional. This is the second time that Dan has helped me along, first with technical help that I needed, and this time with an invoicing problem that I had. I greatly appreciate your help. Louis.
Our company has been dealing with Air Liquide for about a year now, and their service has never been anything short of exemplary! Between Ron, our sales rep, Arty, Frank, and Nick from the Concord Location, and Billy and Nick further west, they have exceeded the bar time and time again, helping us out of major crises. They've consistently gone that extra mile to make sure we've got all the support we need to run as smoothly as possible. Definitely one of my favourite vendors to do business with!

Excellent staff on hand. First their was Chris White and now Frank Koletar. Been doing business now in Concord for a little over 10 years. Great staff and wonderful service. Excellent turnaround on products that I always require.
