Disney Store

Absolutely wonderful staff! Always very, very friendly and extremely helpful & knowledgeable. The prices are very decent and they have amazing sales. This is a great location and the friendly staff make it a great shopping experience. Highly recommended!

The staff is very rude. I purchased toys for my kids and the black lady at cash counter gave me the toys without bags, when I asked her to put them in the bag she showed so much attitude and told me to put all the toys in the bag right now. First you are not putting my stuff in the bag and secondly when I asked for you are ordering me to put it in the bag right now ... I think they should give them training how to deal with the customers and what customer service is all about.... So Arrogant....I'll never go to that store again.......

Great place. Friendly staff. Great selection and prices. Had a small problem where the POS system accidentally double charged my card. The issue was resolved promptly.

I want to give a shout out to the staff at the Disney Store at Vaughan Mills. We were there yesterday afternoon (October 6) with my toddler who was very excited and also very tired. The staff where so amazing with him and totally made both our experience amazing. One gentleman (I wish I got his name) even went to the back and searched for a tiny pair of Minnie Mouse Shoes for my newborns Halloween costume. 5 stars +++ Thank you for making this tired momma's day

Probably the worst disney store I have ever visited. The staff was not helpful, and the manager absolutely rude.
