This is an awesome FreshCo location, very clean, ample of parking for the customers and well stocked up! To avoid the rush I usually try and shop early in the morning and the produce section is well stocked up by then! There is a dedicated isle for the Indian Food as well, which helps me avoid a separate trip to indian store. One area where the store can improve is at the checkout. Usually there is 1 or 2 checkout station open in the morning compared to some other locations where i have seen 3-5 lanes open.

Be careful. I purchased several groceries here along with a pack of Compliments string cheese. A week later my son ate a string cheese and got very ill. I looked more closely at the string cheese and saw it expired a month ago. They sold me cheese that was 3 weeks past the expiry. When I called, they were completely unsympathetic stating the date is just a freshness date and we can’t be sure it was the cheese. It was the only thing he ate we didn’t and he was sick, we were not! IT WAS A DIARY PRODUCT A MONTH PAST EXPIRY-IT WAS THE CHEESE. Never did they ask how he was or which cheese it was so they could remove it from their shelves. They don’t care about their customers-Avoid this store

I like to shop here, Because grocery and vegetables in this place are comparatively low compared to other nearby stores. Ample parking for customers. Verity of brands. Good and semi clean washrooms. Pharmacy with friendly staff. Covid 19 precautions taken care during this pandemic time.

Unprofessional service. I purchase bunch of thing and dont have a scene card when a young lady cashier ask if i have one. I ask her how can i get one but she difdd not answer. I come back to ask for a Scene card with a different lady cashier . The cashier instead just give me one. She just plainly explain couple things. I ask if she can give me one, she acts like being force to do so. Open the chest with unhappy gestures. This will be my last visit to this place.

Fresco said it will match competitors' price. We bought sensodyne toothpaste today for $7.49 which was on sale at Walmart for $6.47. We showed the cashier the sale price on Walmart but was told price match could not be honored as it 'needs' to be shown on a paper flyer. Hmmm... excuse me, who walks around with paper flyers?! This is such 70s thinking!

Refused to price match a turkey. The policy on the price match is vague & is only used when they choose. I was trying to price match with Sobeys who is the parent company. Never shopping here again, the employees just shrug their shoulders and move on to the next customer.

This place has a vast variety of food, celeries, fast food, vegetables, sea food, bakery, utensils and much more. I like the way all the bay’s are arranged according to our needs. Also the prices are pretty reasonable.

We have been regular customers for years. The store is now clean but no procedures put in place to check the expiry dates on the packagings and this is an going situation..the washroom is never cleaned . that Manager should make it a priority and hire a janitor.. It is disgusting.

I rated this grocery chain a one because of expired products again. I had mentioned these products had all expired previously. They didn’t put any procedures in place so that this didn’t happen again. I know personnel stock the shelves because the other products on the shelf were all good. I don’t think it’s a lot to ask…when someone is stocking the shelves to look over other products on the shelves. I know I look at the dates, but what about people that don’t, what about the elderly, what people with disabilities that might not understand? To me it’s irresponsible and complaisant..I don’t know if the manager or owner knows, but someone does. I didn’t see the elusive travelling panda anywhere…must know better.

Very clean and friendly service. I do my weekly groceries there.
