Mediocre knowledge and not friendly . One of the employee have quite an attitude and treat customers like garbage. This happened more than once with me and other customers in line as well. Avoid this store

Inaccurate hours & device protection is a hassle. Does not open at 9AM - cost me an hour of my morning. You'd think Rogers would be able to stay on top of their Google business profiles.

Don't go to this location they couldn't even service me with a measly SIM card because I showed up a little after closing. This location closes at eight while all other location close at nine. Two employees couldn't even come to the door to even say we are closed and stared at me like I'm messed. Any how go to other locations because I ended up getting one quick time from another location that closed at nine and waited for me like professionals those are my kind of people. Don't go here. You have been told.....
