My husband and I stayed at the Malcolm in a mountain view room for 3 nights in mid June and we had a lovely time here. The view from our room of the three sisters mountain range was great and it was nice to relax on the balcony.nThe hotel is in a great location with a short walk into the centre and the walk around the creek directly outside the hotel was so peaceful.nWe had one issue during our stay and as soon as we told the staff, they sent someone to fix it right away and the issue never happened again.nWe had breakfast two mornings in the hotel and both times it was really nice! We opted for the breakfast buffet one of the days and everything was topped up all the time so it was kept fresh.nI would highly recommend this hotel.

Staying at The Malcolm, very nice hotel. Nice quality everywhere and great location a few minutes walk from the Main Street. No wifi in the room during our stay which a big miss in a modern hotel, staff didn’t seem able to resolve. Beds are soft but comfortable, shower is great, nice pool and hot tubs.

Thanks to this hotel for our accommodation!nClean rooms that are cleaned every day. The room has everything you need: towels, slippers, tea and coffee, essentials. The staff took into account all our wishes. There is an alarm clock function at the right time for you, we found out by chance when we were woken up at 4:30 in the morning, but we didn't order it. It was fun. If you want, the everything can be delivered to the room, just tell them what you need. We were really satisfied with the hotel and will definitely come back

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The rooms are the perfect size. The view is incredible. It's walking distance to Main Street where there's lots of local shops and restaurants. There's also a walking trail in front of the hotel. There is parking under the building but the spots are tight so it was difficult to park when the lot was full. It's only a 20 minute drive to Banff and it was nice to come back to the quieter Canmore and still enjoy the scenery. The staff are friendly. Our only complaint is that after the room was serviced there was usually missing rags or towels. Highly recommend this hotel!
