The Malcolm Hotel not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. The rooms were large, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The robes and slippers were a lovely touch! The hot tub was amazing and the views were breathtaking. Mitchell made our stay so special and the hospitality all around was wonderful. The location is walking distance to shopping, food and all that downtown has to offer. What a great hotel!
Our stay at the Malcolm is lovely. The room is super clean and the facilities are great. There is a nice trail right next to the hotel. The staff here are super nice too. I’d love to especially give a shout out to the amazing concierge Natalie! She is super friendly, helpful and so so so so sweet! She helped us a ton with things to do in town, activities, etc.
We loved our experience at the Malcolm. Our only negative was the room was $750 a night and the size of the room was small and no balcony or outdoor area. Those were available but more expensive. On the positive side, the room was clean, beds comfortable and it was well appointed. Has a nice bathroom and amenities, an nexpresso coffee maker, nice robe and slippers. It has a nice pool and two hot tubs with absolutely beautiful view and great service. We ate in the dining room four times, twice for breakfast and twice for dinner and it was really our favorite place. The best breakfast I’ve had in a long time and we enjoyed both of our dinners there. The in-house coffee shop was amazing. Another thing we really liked was the underground parking and the fact they provide a place for you to lock up your bikes. We rode from our hotel all the way to Banff one day and you could do it on a path the whole way. That was absolutely awesome. It was a beautiful 36 mile ride. The staff was amazing and we look forward to staying there again in the future.
Absolutely amazing stay at The Malcolm Hotel. Highly recommend. Rooms are very clean and the service is what separates this hotel from any other hotel. The best, kindest staff.nnI loved The Pulse! The food was wonderful. The chicken wrap was great.nnI have to give a special thanks to Danielle, Senior Concierge. She helped me plan out our trip. We spoke on the phone for 45 minutes, a week prior to our trip, about ideas, other places not on my literary which were the best! and what to group/combine together. She knows when and where to go and I am so thankful for all of her help.nn10/10. If we visit Canmore again we will definitely stay at the Malcolm Hotel.
Highly recommend. Perfect location, walking trails and stunning scenery. Room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking pool and mountains. The Malcolm will be at the top of our list for our next trip to Banff national park area.
