Not Worth the PricenWe stayed at the Canmore Inn for 5 nights which was relatively comfortable and infant bed was provided too. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided information when requested.nnWe however found the condition of the room below expectations considering the Price we paid for it. To start with the Bathroom, the bathroom sink had a major crack in it but sealed up. The Toilet moved a bit every time someone sat on it and the shower door was a bit loose and opened with a slight touch. The Bathroom certainly needed a refresh.nThe bedroom was decent but nothing to brag about. The TV was ok but had no facility of using Bluetooth headphones useful with a sleeping kid in the same room.nThe pillows seemed to have seen better days. The cleaning crew did a decent job but often forgot to change the water glasses and we were thus forced to clean the glasses on our own. The Staff did talk about water coolers in the property that often ran out of water by the end of the day. New Water Bottles were only installed in the morning thus leaving residents scrambling to fill their water bottles or buy new ones from the store.nWith the Price we paid around 400 per night, we found this underwhelming and will consider another alternative in Canmore in the future.
Good location. Hard to find parking at times. Breakfast was great and worth the price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Chairs in the room were not comfortable to sit in. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was reversed with the hot and cold.
Visiting from Ontario not my first time and I was quite pleased with the accommodations here and would definitely stay again. Yes, the building is tired like most of them in this part of the country but the room was clean, bed comfortable and amazingly soft towels. Downtown Canmore is beautiful so do some exploring while there and know that it's only a 20 minute drive to Banff.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful view of the mountains and close to the train crossing so we could walk downtown in a few minutes. The waterslide was lots of fun and I loved the hot tub in the evening. The $9 hotel breakfast buffet was well worth it - so many items. The waffles were amazing!
Lovely stay here with my family! Pet friendly, clean rooms, very comfortable beds, quiet, gorgeous hot tub/pool area. We really enjoyed the sauna. Friendly staff and very accommodating as I needed an early check in. We will be staying again in the future!
