Mystic Springs Chalets & Hot Pools

Out of a 3 night stay, 1 day was a pool cover repair so no pool until after 5pm and the other was a parking lot clean up of gravel so not able to park car in parking area. Both things were were managable but not notified until booking completely paid and non refundable. Pool was dirty and the area pool and hot tub need an upgrade old and not maintained well.

There’s lots of pets hair but other than that the location is perfect

A good place to stay when visiting Canmore or Banff. The pool and hot tub were a nice surprise. They were heated as advertised. The unit we stayed in had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and it’s not far from 2 major grocery stores.

My husband has stayed here several times but this was my first stay and I can see why he keeps coming back. You have the comfort of feeling like you are in your own private home. The unit was clean and well stocked with toiletries. We were able to buy fruit and store food in the fridge so that we didn't have to go out for every meal. We used the outdoor pool and hot tub every day that we were there. My only recommendation is having one lane roped in the pool so someone can swim laps if others are playing in the water. Great time overall and we'll be back again.

Great place to stay. Was a little small with two families but we still made it work. My only complaints are that the pool was closed due to covid, and we specifically booked this place for the pool, we couldn't cancel either as it was non refundable. There was no baking trays or oil / foil for cooking and no extra garbage bags. I really liked the atmosphere it felt very family friends. The beds were very comfortable. There was no noise between units. Close to everything. Really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back!
