All the staff were very kind & accommodating. My husband became ill on the trip up & 911 had to be called to take him straight to the hospital. When our tour would have been complete my husband was still in the hospital. I had to extend my reservation - an unexpected expense on top of hospital care. Solani at the front desk took special care to get the best price for me she could. Such kindness means a lot when one is in crisis.nThe manager also was kind to check with me & offer help. Even the restaurant staff were friendly & welcoming when they realized I was coming night after night. It was a great support to be staying in this hotel during my husband ‘s illness.nI would recommend this hotel to everyone.
Great stay for our family. Front desk Mauricio was very personable and welcoming. Our requests were all taken care of with a smile. Nicole helped with a few things that came up- super speedy and friendly. Best pet friendly hotel we’ve been to. Kids enjoyed the amenities, pool, hot tub, firepit. Enjoyed the gym. Left as happy customers, thanks so much Coast- we’ll be back!
The rooms are too small for the price, night stand didn't have any drawers and I just didn't like the overall setup. The bath room and the tub was also pretty small as compared to other hotels.nI had to ask multiple times for coffee and even then it was provided just once after the attendant asked me 5 diff questions for 2 cups of coffee. I would expect a hotel to be more hospitable towards their clients especially for the price we are paying for a room.nLocation of the hotel is good but I won't recommend it as there are better options available.
Friendly staff and phenomenal location. It was one of the better prices and I booked on a whim so didn’t have many choices left. I’d stay again if in town. A couple small gripes - the top sheet they use doesn’t fit right and it shifts around the bed and is uncomfortable. The ACs turn off when you leave the room. There isn’t a free breakfast. Otherwise it’s a good spot and the staff were friendly and helpful and they were relaxed about letting me check in a little early which was nice. Lastly, many of the local tour shuttles pick up at the hotel as their main Canmore area stop.
I read a lot of great reviews so my family was excited to stay at this hotel.. unfortunately that was short lived. The first room we were in had multiple different types of bugs in it from ants to beetles. I understand sometimes things happen and one maybe two but to have that many bugs.. not sure why. The floor and baseboards were also dusty/dirty and needed a good cleaning. Talked to the front desk and we were given a different room. After inspection of the new room the floors and baseboards were in the same condition. See photos there was also feces all over the front of the toilet and appeared to be on the tub as well. Very gross and unacceptable. Needless to say we checked out and went to a different hotel.nnIf someone from the hotel reads this, please clean your floors and baseboards and toilets but that should be a given.
