I loved my stay here. With a family of 3 teens the kitchen area was so helpful. The pool and hot tub were immaculate and my kids loved swimming every night. The cleanliness in the room was outstanding. They change your towels each day upon request, a service I find essential when traveling with teens. They were flexible in the times for cleaning too and never missed a day. The check in and staff were so friendly. Would give a 10/10 recommend to anyone!!
Nice hotel with good friendly staff and clean room with great amenities. Only one issue it was hot out and the A/C did not work well to cool the room, so it was sweltering hot making g sleeping next to impossible. Staff said the A/C was being impacted by the smoke in the air which is bald face lie. Who knows why it didn’t work properly , but it was unusually hot outside for several days‍
Service is incredible. They upgraded us to a suite such a treat. Nice location with parking pools. In the heart of the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Made the trip very special for our little visitors from Ontario . Thank you for a great stay .
Spent an extra long weekend here and found the place to be fantastic. Underground parking is very convenient and the place has a bunch of luggage carts to assist you get all your stuff to your room. The kitchens are amazing although they could have a few more kitchen tools to make the stay even better. Really liked the two bedrooms and two bathrooms as we shared the space with another couple. Overall, great place to hang out in the mountains and be outside the park.
Poor customer service, I wasn't able to sleep so I went to gym to workout but the music was too loud. I asked to turn it off since no one else was in the gym at 3:30am but the woman working the nightshift was not accommodating at all and essentially ignored me. I understand late night shifts are challenging for our mood, but that's no excuse to not do your job.nnOn the other hand, Kevin, at the front desk was an absolute gem, so delightful when I asked for the code to the pool.
