We had a great stay with clean rooms, great location, and a great kitchen, but I want to highlight what the staff did that was above and beyond. We're in the middle of moving and my son's stuffed animal is an emotional anchor for stability for him in this drawn out, 70+ day transition. We left his stuffed animal when it fell into the couch / pull out bed and we didn't realize until we unpacked the night after we checked out. The front desk staff spent two days looking for it and found it. I cannot tell you how much their willingness, and the willingness of the housekeeping staff, to go the extra mile meant to my son as we're moving.
Just stayed for 3 nights. We had a fabulous stay here. Room was beautiful and clean.nIt's just like a home from home. Nice big living space, kitchen with all basics and utensils. And 2 big bedrooms 1 with en-suite and very comfortable beds.nnThe staff were very attentive, welcoming and polite.nnGreat and ideal location for Canmore.nnWill definitely stay again.
We stayed at Falcon Crest for 2 days during our honeymoon and had a great experience! The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. Two bedrooms, two showers, and a bathtub. Thank you very much. The kitchen had all the basic utensils included, which made it easy to relax and enjoy meals in. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Well worth it.
An excellent place to stay in Canmore. The location is nice and quiet and the core of downtown is just a short distance away. Two hot tubs on location, with one facing the mountains. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Definitely worth going back.
Perfect location. Hotel was just what we needed. Very clean and beautiful room. Hot tub was amazing after a long days hike. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.
