Absolutely loved this hotel. I stayed in a 1-Bedroom Suite in June 2024 for my wedding weekend. The service was amazing and the rooms were very clean. Special thank you to Elliot who I talked to several times before and during my stay and ensured we had a good stay. Lots of amenities that we sadly didn't get to try so we can't wait to come back. Great location-wise!
I had a fantastic stay at FCL. Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. They provided me with local recommendations and safety tips. They also had bear spray that I was able to borrow during my stay, which saved me over $60. Lots of parking both outside and underground. I was blown away with all of the stuff included in the room, from shower caps to a little vanity pack, to tea/coffee options, tea kettle etc. the little touches were a great add to an already great hotel. I had a beautiful mountain view balcony, the vibe was very peaceful and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my quick stay to Canmore and wouldn't hesitate booking this location if I was ever back in the area.
This was an amazing hotel! The rooms, especially the kitchen were large and had everything we could have needed. We had a 1 bedroom queen room and the kitchen had full size appliances and there was a washer dryer en-suite. The bathroom was large and spacious and the deck was amazing to eat and grill on. The underground parking was also nice- for large trucks there may be issues parking BUT I would say you will find that anywhere in the Canmore/Banff area so it’s not specific to this hotel. Would recommend this hotel to anyone
A beautiful ski lodge in the mountains with the convenience of being in Canmore. Great service, beautiful big rooms, views to die for. My only nit is the parking garage is tight. Like, tight tight. The rental Jeep Cherokee was not fun to park. We were there in July but it was well equipped with ski lockers and a workshop.
It was a great experience to stay at Falcon Crest Lodge. The rooms were big with luxurious beds and almost every amenity was available. The view from the balcony and the bedroom window was breathtaking. Housekeeping did a great job in cleaning too. Above all the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. This was the second time that we have stayed here and the service was unparalleled. I would really recommend staying here.
