I stayed in this place 3 nights in multiple rooms and liked the view and location.nnOverall, it's not value for money .. Rooms are not very clean, rooms are not renovated although plus point is some suits have very small kitchens.nnUtensils are provided but require through cleaning. No dishwasher machines.nnHOTTUB is always busy.nnThere are lots of key card issues .. Sometimes, it works.nnPARKING is adequate, but sometimes it may not be in front of a suit.nnIn the end, staff are professional and helpful.. but less dynamic to jump to a help.
We stayed at the Rocky Mountain Ski Lodge from August 25-28, 2024, and had a really disappointing experience with the front desk. On our first night, I asked for an extra pillow for our kids around 11:15 PM, but James at the front desk said there were none left. When I asked for a blanket as a substitute, he impatiently pointed out that we should already have extra pillows in our room, which we had already used. After some reluctance, he finally gave us one more pillow.nnI also asked for more hangers since our room only had four, but James firmly told us there were no more available. Overall, this was the worst service we’ve encountered at any hotel. We expected much better, especially considering the lodge’s reputation.
Great spot to stay if you’re wanting to be around the Rockies without paying park fees. they accommodated my dog and even gave him a bed, bowls and a toy which i was very impressed with especially for the low pet fee. Rooms are dated but very comfortable especially for the price. we had a great stay here!
Nice motel. 2 level exterior access to rooms.nHotub was great and big. There was also a sauna but we did not use it. Price was decent close by everything in town.nWaking up to the view of the three sisters mountains was breathtaking.nThe room was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Couldn't get the air-conditioning to work well but still slept well.nWill definitely stay here again.nTurning on the shower was a challenge cause we didn't read the sign on the wall in the bathroom. Pull down on the faucet instead of the Standard pull up.
You know how the saying goes, location, location, location? Well, this little nugget could not be situated in a finer place because our morning view of the snowcapped mountains was stunning They have a pool and hot tub that we did not take advantage of, but the rooms were very clean the water is pure and drinkable from the tap. It’s so pure! Canmore has a laid back kind of vibe. If you are looking to visit the popular destination lakes i.e., Moraine & Louise this is a fantastic choice. The room comes equipped with coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. We only stayed for one night so we could go see the lakes so we didn’t use any of that but it was a very clean room. The bathtub was immaculate. The entire room was very comfortable.
