I’ve had excellent experiences with Rowan osteopath and Richard physio! This team helped fix my lower back allowing me to finally go back to work with confidence. Rowan’s approach is so thorough with attention to detail. He referred me to Richard who is the best physio I’ve ever been to. Richard is super positive and encouraging and dedicated. Richard worked on exercises with me, and also worked on my back. Unfortunately I didn’t complete my treatment because of transportation issues, but I plan on going back if my pain returns because this team is excellent.

I really have to shout-out the care I received at the hands of Maryam, one of the physiotherapists! She takes a compassionate, individualized, and informed approach to her practice. I'm able to move pain-free again thanks to her! Her assessment, advice, stretches, and exercises are always on point! Highly recommend this facility, and their methods! And they usually have great music playing!

Everytime I leave from a therapy session with Nicole, I leave feeling uplifted and energized. She takes the time to listen and understand all your deep rooted issues and addresses them appropriately and effectively. I have had many massage therapists in the last 9 years that I've been receiving therapy, and from my experience Nicole is hands down the best of the best. She genuinely cares about your well being, in and out of the therapy session. She is a kind soul and has a powerful healing aura about her. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is in need of massage therapy. And, just to further illustrate her potential, I work in a physical job and bodybuild recreationally. Many times I come to her completely broken everywhere, and she always manages to make the most out of our time together to address the most pressing issues, if not all my issues. Ever since I found Nicole my body has felt noticeably better over all. Putting it simply, Nicole is the best, period! Don't even bother looking for anyone else. Anyone who chooses Nicole as their RMT should feel truly privileged to have such an astute individual working on them.

Good Massage and sweet massage therapist which is why I am giving three stars! But, some fixable issues…n1. This was my first massage under bright, fluorescent white lighting. Hard to relax and felt very visible, awake and kind of tense.n2. The loud, hip hop music playing in the hallways wasn’t conducive to relaxing. Again, felt very awake and kind of tense.n3. Per the instructions she gave me and the other massage experiences I’ve had, I had my shorts on but otherwise was undressed and under the sheet she provided…only to finish my massage, look up at myself and realize the sheet was see-through. Felt very embarrassed. Once again, the bright, fluorescent white overhead lighting made me feel even more exposed.nnBut these are very fixable things, so I hope massages for future customers go well and all the best for this business! Sorry for the review, but I hope it is taken as feedback instead and good luck to the team!

If you’re looking for a good, trustworthy, caring and reliable osteopath, look no further! I’ve had a few treatments done with Lauren Tucci and I always leave feeling so much better. She is patient and always ensures to take the time to walk you through what’s going on to help you understand how she’s helping you and what needs to get done! You can tell she truly cares about her patients and there’s no one else id trust. I’m excited to continue to see improvement can’t recommend her enough!
