Amazing service!nI went there this week to renew my Driver's license and health card. I had about am hour between appointments, hence wanted to see if can get these renewed. After I entered, I counted almost 20 folks before me. Was thinking of coming back later. Anyways, decided to stay a bit and see how the lines move. To my amaze, folks were served very quickly. They had 5 or 6 booths open. I was out within 40 mins. The lady on the counter was very professional and quick.nWould highly recommend this location !!

I visited ServiceOntario at the 5035 Hurontario Street location on Saturday, November 29th. Although there was a long waiting line, all service windows were open, and the line moved very quickly. Thank you to the team for being so considerate and efficient, especially on a busy Saturday.nnDuring my visit, a young lady named Preneet assisted me with my document renewal. She was exceptionally helpful—answering my questions with patience, respect, and a warm smile. Service Ontario Hurontario has several counters and a small reception area. There is street level access with an automatic accessible door pad for easy entry. There are three seats available for are a few seats available for those who need it but they are usually taken. There are 6 service kiosks plus additional ones for dealers. The service at this location is good with reasonable wait times and the employees are professional, helpful and efficient. There is usually ample parking as this location is in a strip mall and with its own free parking lot. I’ve also posted a picture of the services available at this location.

I visited ServiceOntario to apply for my health card as a permanent resident for the first time, and the entire experience was excellent. We waited less than 15 minutes, and the process was incredibly easy and straightforward. As long as you have your form filled out and your identity documents ready, everything goes smoothly. The staff were helpful, the service was efficient, and I even received my temporary health card letter printed on the spot. Overall, a great experience!
