Cawthra Gardens was an exceptional workplace where I felt valued and supported by management and colleagues alike. The positive atmosphere and dedication to resident care made it a truly fulfilling experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a rewarding career in healthcare.

This is the worst long-term experience I've ever had. They only favor employees from India and treat other employees poorly. The two individuals in charge Union of assigning tasks are Indian, which creates an unfair environment. I worked there for three years, and I'm glad I left for good.

Hi, I am a psw student here . All the staff are good especially the psw named Apple. The way she cares about old people and teaching style both are literally amazing.

My mother-in-law is now a resident. She is happy and well cared for. The staff is very caring and helpful. They have daily activities that she loves and looks forward to.nMy husband loves the place. He can finally relax knowing his 91 year old mother is very well cared for and she is happy.nIts been about 3 months or so since we moved her there. I really wish we would have done it sooner.nThe staff have a special place in my heart. They are angels .

What a great experience at this LTC facility!nFrom Mariam the administrator, to nursing and support staff too many to mention here individually, the team exudes professionalism, friendliness, personal care and attention to individual resident and family needs. We have been so very impressed with the kindness, patience, understanding, positive attitude and willingness to work with families to overcome challenges, accommodate needs and provide the best care possible for each resident. Reciprocal, consistent communication from the office and care providers provides transparency and trust. Our loved ones are in good hands which gives families peace of mind. Thank you Mariam for your hands-on approach, setting the high standards and being a great leader and example to the team.
