I see some of you put good reviews. I agree the facility is top notch. But people working there are not pleasant. Try to call to book an appointment? You have to go through so many hoops. Today for example, the line keeps ringing or it goes to busy tone. Parking at $7.00 is expensive. Unfortunately I have no choice because my mom's specialist is there. Definitely not a place I will recommend.

Fantastic facility, big and spacious, divided in pods and very organized, it's very clean and well conditioned, big washrooms waiting rooms have TV's and water. Has a large amount of staff. The only negative about this establishment is that the parking is paid when it doesn't have to be... Why are you making people pay for parking when the lot is already big enough?

Highly recommend One Heart Care! Absolutely wonderful experience with very caring and professional staff. All the staff were so friendly and caring and Betool and Mavis were amazing! Best experience I've ever had at a medical facility. From the impressive futuristic decor, expansive facilities with comfortable, spacious waiting areas, caring staff, and flow of care, this is a gem of a place. So thankful my doctor referred me to One Heart Care!

Great facility.nGreat doctors.nGreat technicians and technology.nnOnly issue is the $7 parking fee, for every visit.nI feel like I was in good hands.nnLastly, calling in is hassle. Medical admins are always busy.

This review is for Seema who is the team lead and sits at the front. She is amazing, compassionate, and empathetic. She knows urgent needs of a patient and handles it in such a way. Appointments can be very challenging to get early if there’s an urgent need however Seema goes above and beyond to ensure you are seen at the right time. You need such individuals at every medical clinic to ensure patient centricity. Patients coming into the clinics are often stressed out and Seema does a very good job at relieving it.
