MSI Toronto

My wife and I made an appointment and just visited the MSI showroom and our experience was great. John, very knowledgeable, took the time and helped us to select the countertop and backsplash necessary for a newly renovated kitchen. We left happy. I will definitely go back to select the necessary for the bathrooms too.

We have been in their showroom several times looking at granite and were serviced by different people each time. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They have beautiful products. A must see if you are shopping for stone or tile.

Although they do not sell tiles retail at this location, it's the ideal place to see every high quality MSI product. The staff are friendly but not pushy, provide samples and more options than you can dream of. Suggest going here first in your tile and flooring selection. A+

MSI Toronto is unfortunately, now a part of my review because I have called them twice for help and they have told me both times, there is nothing we can do. I purchased tiles from Renoz the retailer that orders their products from MSI. I went to MSI's show room to pick out my tiles. To start Renoz took forever to get the product to me... Even though I purposely chose tiles that MSI stated they have in their warehouse. I had to end up calling MSI myself. Now, for the refund process that has not happened. My initial refund was for a product that I never received, so MSI has their product, I paid Renoz and now PayPal is trying to assist me in getting my money back due to a failed refund from over 2 months ago. Secondly, i tried to follow the return process for unopened boxes with Renoz. They have given me the run around. I called MSI again, and I was told, if I can find out who the MSI agent is working with Renoz, then they could possibly help, but why is that the customers responsibility. So now I have several unopened boxes, Renoz is unresponsive, claiming in an email from weeks ago they have been in correspondence with MSI. MSI, why are you refusing to assist in contacting Renoz. Take a look at their reviews they appear to have a history of taking money and delivering no product, promising timeframes that never happen, unresponsive and no return calls. Why would you want to me associated with them. I would not have been forced to leave this review, if your response was more helpful.nnThank Raman, for the conversation. Great selection of products. One stop shopping. Floor and wall tile. Sinks counter tops brick veneer and even artificial grass. Also wood flooring.
