Wellbrook Place

A decision to enter long term care isn’t easy for any family. I feel so fortunate that my mom ended up at Wellbrook for the two months before she passed. I did as much research as I could, including reading google reviews, before making out the list. The staff on 4 east was phenomenal. Kind, compassionate and communicative. Dr Lori and nurse Francis should be saints. I am so grateful for our time there.

Wellbrook Place 2C West....all staff, including nurses Gursharnbir, Jane, Yadwinder, Twinkle, Marga, Grace and Mehak, PSWs Kuldeep, Shameena, Michael, Ramanpreet, Afusat, Rihana, Elvie, Irish, Olu, Pavneet, Prezel, Abigail and Solomon , nurse practioner Amal, recreation Cassandra and associare director of care Cate,...........went above and beyond in taking care of our father/grand-father, Shiv, who passed away last month. We used to visit him regularly and all staff kept us posted on his condition. They took care of him as their own. They always responded promptly and positively to our requests for information and changes to make him safe and comfortable as his health condition evolved.nnYou all indeed went above and beyond in taking good care of him. We can't thank you enough. All we can say is that the people in your care are very lucky to have you all around to take care of them with empathy and support they need, which is what their families expect and hope for.................a heartfelt thank you.....from the Gupta Family!!!

My mom was at Wellbrook West for 15 months. She had a great team of PSWs and nurses who looked after her. My sister and I were there almost daily and we formed a great relationship with the staff. I admit you have to stay on top of things but they take great care of the residents and the facility is spotless ! The lobby is spacious for visiting, the cafeteria is a great place to meet other residents and their families and the courtyard, in the summer, is lovely.nOur mom passed away one month ago but the love and care she received in her final weeks was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and clean. We have a couple of favourite PSWs that will always hold a special place in our hearts.nWe thank the 3C staff for their extraordinary care and we are happy that mom passed in a place that was home to her and with people she loved like her own family, and who loved her back!nWellbrook is a great place and we feel blessed to have met so many great people who always greeted us with a smile and were always willing to help. THANK YOU WELLBROOK ! Keep up the great work - we will miss you all !!

The regular staff of 4 East are absolutely wonderful, we are so appreciative of the love and compassion they have for our complex-care father.nWhen the owners rely on agency staff however, the quality of care drops noticeably, and 'profits before dignity' takes over.

On behalf of our family, we can’t express our appreciation enough to the team at Wellbrook! From Senior Leadership to the frontline staff and medical team, everyone has shown exceptional attention to our parents. We were so fortunate to have them admitted together, and the team at Wellbrook were very responsive to meeting their needs as a couple. We see that staff clearly take the time to get to know them and their unique personal preferences, and demonstrate care to support their needs. The medical team have been so attentive and caring. The family receive regular updates from the care team who are very accommodating to our requests. We feel much more at ease knowing they are cared for and happy. Sincere thanks and appreciation to the whole Wellbrook Team!
