Crumbl - Heartland

Been a few times. Amazing cookies. Always a line up and sometimes pickup slots are full. Service is good. 4 stars because I once placed an order for a specific date and time but when I went to pickup, it said that my order was meant to be picked up the date that I ordered it although I selected a time slot on a different date. I explained to the staff and eventually the manager agreed to make my order. Also, I’ve ordered a couple times and added a personalized note on the box, as it prompts you to when you order as an option but the note is never on the box!

The ambiance is pleasant, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.nnWe decided to purchase two 6-packs of cookies to sample the week’s flavors. The cookies were generously sized, delicious, and soft, each with its own unique texture and taste. Due to their large size, they are perfect for sharing. While they are undeniably tasty, they lean towards the sweeter side.nnOverall, we enjoyed every cookie we tried and would definitely return for another round.

loved the pink vibe of the shop! when you go inside, it smells amazing. definitely recommend ordering ahead, though, because there was quite a long line when we got there around dinner time. cookies were gooey in the middle and crunchy around the edges. they’re definitely on the sweeter side, so they’re best for sharing and you need water/milk

Driving by we saw a line up outside and decided to see what all the fuss was about, so we parked and lined up for 15 minutes until they let us in to buy some cookies.nThe store was well lit, pleasant with lots of bakers in the back baking away making cookies. It took 10 minutes from the time we ordered to get our cookies.nWe had to ask if there were any nut’s added for those who have nut allergies I didn’t see any warning signs front and centre describing nut warnings and the use of them in the cookies .nAll and all the juice was somewhat worth the squeeze. The cookies were okay, very sweet, full of butter and very well decorated and presented . 7/10 cookie rating.

I really enjoy Crumbl Cookies!nEven if I do not always enjoy the flavors, the customer service is top-notch! Kudos to y'all for greeting EVERY customer that walks in!nThe cookies are tasty, as the flavors rotate, it keeps things interesting.nSome flavors are super sweet, but since it is a cookie, it's expected.nI have visited this location twice and would come back. The cookies are a bit on the pricier side, but a nice treat when you want to indulge!
