I absolutely love Crumbl Cookie! The perfect sweet treat for any occasion. Their cookies are always fresh, made with care and prepared in a timely manner. Crumbl specializes in having different cookie flavours every week. And that is something I look forward to at the end of my week!nnI definitely will be continuing to come to Crumbl Cookie!

Terrible experience.nPlaced a pickup order through the app.nUpon arrival the staff member showed me my cookies and I identified and did an inaccuracy with the cookie order.nAnother employee went to hand me a dirty soda that I had ordered while doing so she tipped over the soda and spilled it all over the floor and myself. It went all over my legs and shoes. No employee came over to offer me any napkins or help.nThe employee returned with my correct cookie order and handed me a new beverage and said “be carful with this one” implying I had spilled the first one, which was very insulting.nThere is zero customer service at this location. All the employees seem overwhelmed, confused and over all lack attention to detail and customer service.nnThe cookies do not appear as advertised. The cinnamon scone cookie barely has a ‘scoop’ of icing on it and the Oreo cookie “sandwich” has no filling in it. Very disappointed.

ughhh i was looking forward to these cookies and cakes for so long but tbh they fell a lil bit too short for my expectations. they’re still good but like not sure if worth the $$$nn1- milk chocolate chip cookie: absolute fav out of the box, weird how the chocolate chips didnt melt tho? nn2- double chocolate chip cookie: tasted more buttery than chocolateynn3- strawberry cake: unfortunately the worst one of the batch. cake was dry and the frosting tasted like the ones at your regular supermarket. super sweet and grainy.nn4- pineapple cool whip cookie: it was okay, i like the uniqueness of itnn5 - chocolate chip cookie dough cookie: 3rd fav of the batch, but a bit too sweet imonn6- tres leches cake: pretty good ngl, this cake carried the box lol

While giving out orders, the lady didnt even look at us.nnThere were literally no one else to serve. So 0 for customer service.nnNobody came to take order as if Kiosk is default and only option.nnThen got 3 mini pack.nnChocolate chip cookie was under baked, no chocolate chips at all I guess was one of the unlucky one due to cookie being mininnOther 2 were okay.nnAfter my daughter picked up hers from middle, we saw a hair. It was there as box was on car middle seat and no one could have accidentally put hair under the cookie.nnSo definitely standards are going down.nnNOT COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

At $6–$7 per cookie, it feels steep for what is, at the end of the day, a cookie. I caved to the hype once and don’t regret it, and I’ll likely return for a special treat or to surprise the family—because I can’t deny the joy they bring. But when it comes to the classic chocolate chunk, I still stand by my own recipe.
