The Keg Steakhouse + Bar

It's the keg.... Of course everything was perfect. You pay extra for it and every dollar you spend goes a long way into perfecting your night. All the things you expect when coming to a place like this are present. Respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly wait staff? Check. Large selection of wines, cocktails and beverages? Yup. Meat that's cooked to perfection? Of course. A great environment suitable for almost any occasion with a great view of the streets of old port? As romantic as you imagine it. All the boxes are ticked on this one, you know what to expect going in, you don't need to read this review to know.

two super tiny lobster tails with a side of veggies for $30 + tax. delicious, but literally 4 forkfuls. Keg usually has bigger tails. One of the things I love most about the Keg is that it's one of a few chains that still bring bread to the table while you're waiting - and delicious fresh bread, too! Sadly enough, this was the first Keg I've been to, in both London Ont, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal, that did not serve bread at all. :( Manager was super nice.

The food is worth the price for everything. I normally go with my family and have never had a bad time. Good wine choices, great steaks and fantastic deserts (especially billy miners pie)

I can't stop talking about this place. I had the Salmon with maple butter and brussel sprouts. The flavor was amazing. Then dessert was the mocha ice cream cake. No one wanted dessert until they tasted my cake. I'm looking for a Keg Steakhouse in my hometown.

Very good resto! The bread is to die for at the start of the meal. Steak was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Dessert was good! Would give a 5th star but the food needed a bit more salt in my opinion.
