The Inn at Fisherman's Cove

Loved this place. This was our second stay here (we were the first guests who ever stayed when it first opened). It's a friendly, quaint little spot to stay right on the water. Super conveniently located within a short drive to Halifax and Dartmouth along areas. It's immaculately cleaned and taken care of. There's also a small touristy kind of fishing /wharf village right next door that is worth a stroll through. We will definitely be returning in the future.

What a wonderful delight this Inn is 👍🏻 I don't want to leave! The room is quaint and perfect, so comfy and lovely to spend time in. The balcony looking over the ocean I couldn't stop taking in the view! So breath taking! I sat out on it as many times I could. Even chatted to a fellow and his wife who lives on their boat below, in which we were able to learn even more of what is available in this lovely area. We stayed in Halifax our first night in Nova Scotia which if I had of found this place first, I would have come here instead. We were blessed to be able to stay 2 nights to relax and just enjoy this Inn and driving to Halifax was done in minutes. Tammy, if I could, I would offer to buy this little gem and run it myself, I'm sure your not planning on selling it :) Thank you very much for breakfast and this experience. Ps. My husband and I had the privilege of spending 2 nights at this wonderful Inn. I honestly have nothing negative to say. The owner Tammy is absolutely wonderful- accommodating and friendly. The rooms are cozy with a balcony overlooking fisherman's cove. Nothing beats waking up to the smell of the sea and this unbelievable view. Even the fog doesn't hinder its beauty. I would absolutely reccomend staying here. (ask for a room with a balcony!) Thank you so much Tammy!! We will see you again for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were nice and clean - ours had a balcony overlooking the ocean. The location was out of the city but only a 9 minute drive to the Woodside ferry. Right next to the building is a wharf with all kinds of shops and restaurants, including homemade fudge and specialty candy. There is also a little park with a boardwalk and a fishing area. Our host was very attentive and kind. On the second night we had to leave early to catch a flight and she packed us a breakfast to go.

Great room. Great location. Tammy is super friendly. If I'm ever back in the area I would stay here again!
