Quiet, safe, closed neighbourhood with only local traffic so very low traffic. Friendly neighbours, Killam owns it and they're great.

I know a few people who live in this Trailer Park and are  very happy 
There is  a play ground for children,  on a bus route and close to
shopping and Penhorn Mall.
