If you live in McKenzie town this is the best place to buy your flowers. I have never seen a selection in any store as good as this. They also have a great supply of bbqs, tools, wood, paint and anything else that you may need for your house. The staff were all quick and helpful to assist me in finding the right products
Upon opening a new credit card with the promise of a $100 rebate on a purchase of $1,000, I was excited to take advantage of this offer. However, when I went to process the rebate in-store, the customer service representative was dismissive and unhelpful. They insisted I provide a coupon that I never received, which made no sense given the terms of the promotion.nnDespite my attempts to explain the situation, the representative refused to assist further. It felt as though my concerns were ignored, and I left the store without a purchase feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.nnThis experience has soured my perception of Home Depot, and I no longer wish to be associated with a company that offers such poor customer service. I will be canceling my credit card immediately and will think twice before shopping here again. I expected better, and unfortunately, I walked away feeling cheated.
This is my story. I hoped Home Depot would not want my story told and work with me to find resolution.nnOrdered and paid for cabinets Aug 2022, final cabinet door delivered Oct 2023- Damaged cabinets delivered, reorder creates delay, installer paid mid Oct, HD installer new central computer software, the system would not link cabinet order to install to create PO. I returned to store 6 times to attempt to pay, Oct 28 2022 old kitchen tear out, installer failed to meet agreement, irregular attendance failed to communicate with customer left large tools, debris, drink bottles, white - out I was told it was carpenter touch up secret left WD40 tin on customers stained wood table, did not hang dust protecting sheets, installer did not have a stud- finder onsite, did not use final blueprints as signed by customer, cabinets installed wrong locations, drilled lines of holes to find studs - on exterior walls too, put cabinets over holes, cut through body of cabinets for fridge hoses, should be cabinet base, drilled holes for cabinet handle wrong=uppers knobs, bottom pull handles, 1 hole vs 2, had to reorder doors, pulled framing off back of corner upper, had to reorder corner upper, installed an over the counter cabinet before the countertop was installed inspite of a return service call on countop $175, installed in wrong locationwrong blue prints and prior to countertops the back was cut is now damaged, reordered, it was damaged even more, manufacture resized depth of cabinets in factory new upper cabinet different depth than other uppers- could not open opposite cabinet doors, = reorder all uppers, every reorder 10 weeks+, installed 9 foot island crooked, discovered as floor installer was placing wood planks,stop floor install =delay 3 days for installer to straighten island, installer turned over island and 2 pantry cabinets on Dec 21, 2022, no upper cabinets. Feb 2023 installer dropped door and damaged new dishwasher, became frustrated, handle drilling wrong he just left= packaging in front entry, car garage door open sawdust and shrapnel on floor, I tried to get corporate help and contractor is not to come in my home again. Resolution Specialist assignedand, no longer to deal with the store.nnHD replaced diswasher, I paid removal and reinstallation of diswasher private contractor, I no longer trust HD, finally last cabinet door arrived Mid-Oct 2023.nnThe cabinet finishing was incomplete. Ends of a run of cabinets did not end flush with end panels and spent close to and additional $1400.00 to complete this oversight.nnResolution Specialist= zero results =no response to my email over 83 days, the doors with too many hole that Resolution Specialist ordered was special custom size as printed on original order, she ordered the wrong measurements, had to reorder again, 10 weeks x 2 , at the beginning of the project I was told to expect no sink for 3-5 days, I was without sink for several weeks, no stove for days at a time repeatedly for 10 mos, the venting and install of the over the counter microwave was never completed by HD installer, $275. 00 I was never reimbursed, no compensation for my out of pocket $ to complete kitchen my double electrical moves due to installer error and double dishwasher install has failed to as promised. No compensation for massive, massive delays, gross errors failures from every aspect of the job. I sent final invoices to the HD Resolution Specialist on December 8, 2023. As of February 10, 2024 I have had no reply, no reimbursement, 100% zero action or response from Home Depot Canada nor store from Home Depot Store 7082 Mackenzie Calgary.nnI would just like all my money back! Epic fail HD!nnI have never, yelled, swore, behaved inappropriatly in HD or in correspondence. I have been professional, patient and sought resolution through the avenues offered. I have sat at the desk of the designer I worked with, on more than 1 occassion I have sat with her and cried, I do feel she has heard my concerns and tried to respond as best as she could within her role.
Making cat trees for shelters.and the gentlemen helping me cut some sheets for me and happily donated the 4x8 to such a positive cause. I'll be returning to this location in the future to give my business to. What a fantastic team member.
Starting my first furniture restoration project ever and being super stressed about it, but Amal from the paint department was AMAZING! Super helpful, encouraging and knowledgeable! She was able to guide me through certain steps, what best products to get and she had the patience to do all that with a smile!nThank you for the friendly service Amal and Home Depot!
