The Home Depot

When we unpacked the Christmas tree, we found it uneven, leaning to one side, with at least two layers of lower branches missing. If we cut the bottom of the trunk and trim the completely bare top, the tree would be no more than about 3.5 feet tall. I understand that we purchased it when the selection was very limited, but it is disappointing that a tree with such noticeable defects is sold at the same price as full, fluffy 5-6 foot trees.

She went above and beyond to help me find a discounted door that ended up being exactly the door I was hoping for. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to really listen made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.nnShe also took a genuine interest in my house-flipping project and asked thoughtful questions, which made me feel truly supported rather than rushed. On top of that, she helped get me set up with a Home Depot credit card, which resulted in even more savings — something I really appreciated.

This incredible employee even put on my spare tire for me, turning a stressful situation into a moment of genuine gratitude. His professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help made my day, and I couldn’t be more thankful for their extraordinary service!

The staff in the tool rental department were incredibly helpful and always mindful of costs without cutting corners. Really appreciated the honest guidance and support. Wanted to make sure we had the right tool to do the job! Very helpful and knowledgeable!
