Rude and unhelpful front desk. Nobody is around to help. Items had to be shipped from Montreal and could only provide the recommended retail price. Found their handles at Lowes for a fraction of the price with great return policy. Won't be returning here.

First time to Richelieu today to take a look at cabinets handles. An older gentleman was most unhelpful, and during the process of trying to find out pricing and whether or not a certain handle came in the colour I was interested in, I was made to feel stupid multiple times. It turns out this employee has a reputation for poor customer service, as I mentioned my experience to my cabinet maker, who knew exactly the gentleman I was referring to. After my experience, I walked straight out, and do not have plans to return.
