I love this location because you can drive into the lumber yard and load up your truck directly. This saves time, and energy, which is super valuable to a contractor. The store has limited selection inside, but is superior for building materials. They also have lots of young lads willing to help load if you need it.

Absolutely love this store, when it was a TOTEM! All Ronas's lead to being pissed off. No customer service, never anybody around, and when they are you get alot of I don't knows. NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I WALK INTO A RONA STORE

Amazing customer experience ~ very friendly and helpful staff, always willing to answers your concerns and questions balancing other obvious store pressures.

I went in the other night and was a "little" stressed out from an issue because of locks at another "home improvement" store. I came in the store and begged for help. It didn't take long for a fellow (Edwin) to call for the man that would save the day (Shaun, hope the spelling is right). Shaun helped set locks for a door and put up with my ramble. Both those fellows took the pressure off my day from "down there". I want to thank them along with the gal at the cash for their help and patience. Good stuff people.
