I ordered a kitchen sink from their website, and had it delivered to me. When I opened it, I found it broken. By all means, this is not the original package it was in - considering all the gaps in the box and lack of support. Called them and they wanted me to take it to the store to exchange it. If I could make the drive, why did I even bother shipping it!!!
Bought a humidifier from them and installed it last night. Noticed the box had been opened but the plumbing rep said everything was in there. There were no templates or manuals so I had to search it up on the internet. Installed everything and went to hook up the flexible air connection and it was short. You could see it had been cut so I went back and they had another there but the hose was missing out of that. I asked what I needed to do, he stated he had another one to sell me. After talking to a few people they were gracious to give me a discount on it Sarcasm. Was not helpful, need to do better Rona, you aren’t the only ones selling these.nnI received a reply to my review to call them so I did. A lady answered and told her why I was calling, she said she doesn't look after that, said good bye and hung up. Nice work Rona
The prices here are quite reasonable, which is definitely a plus. While I would love to support Canadian businesses, I’ve found that the level of service and product availability just doesn’t compare to what Home Depot offers. It’s frustrating when I can’t find what I need or don’t receive the same level of assistance, which ultimately makes it harder to shop locally. I hope to see improvements in these areas so that supporting Canadian options becomes a more viable choice.
This is a great place to buy anything. They have a great variety of plants, tools, appliances, paint and so many other things. Customer service is very helpful and will answer any questions that you have.
Me and my wife had a comfortable time finding things around the store, it was easy to find things needed for my home renovation. I was exceptionally pleased by customer service by Hirak who went beyond his duties at the till. Had a great time there, we really appreciate his helpful nature and of other associates as well.
