The staff are fairly ready to help out. Rather than book a kitchen designer while we were in the department the department manager gave us a brochure and told us to call back Monday to make an appointment. It seemed odd that he wouldn't just get the book your and do it. Don't put the onus to get service on your customer. That being said, we like Lowe's and often find ourselves lost in the isles.

Highly recommended.  This store just seems to work more efficiently than others.  The staff all seem to support one another and ensure the customer has an excellent experience. Thanks

Disappointed that the email we received with sale prices wasn't valid although stating that it was from April 5-11.  Not very clear, however there were several corrections for flyer items at the tills so I do not believe they are very competent with their advertising.  The clerk went to get the manager and was gone for 10 minutes and the manager didn't even come to talk to us.  (First rule of customer service when there is a problem) Still made our purchase and it took 3 times for the clerk to scan in properly. Once complete no sorry for waiting or have a nice night. Really disappointing experience. Won't be back.

When this lowes first open,  the service and store was was amazing,  I mean I built my house using all their products because it was so good.  I'm not sure if there is a new manager or something but customer service and knowledge of product have taken a back seat .  And there is always allot of staff.   My experience yesterday trying to be a bypass humidifier was the last straw.  I went in twice trying to get help and ask questions,  and then I finally found someone and they told me they had no idea, but they would go get someone who could help.  after waiting for 10 minutes.  I had to go the the help desk in the department,  I stood there for 5 minute and did not even get acknowledged while the two clerks talked back and forth.  I ended up leaving as they did not even try to help.  I have spent a fortune there and will not return and either should you.

The staff were very helpful today. Although the the item I was looking for did not seem to be in the system.

I enjoy the convenience of this location and very often, service and selection are better than the competitor in the same area. I've posted a photo of the item I am looking for, let me know if you can suggest where I can find it.
