I recently visited the store to find floor registers and encountered a frustrating experience. Initially, I asked several employees for assistance, but received conflicting information about their location—one said aisle 35, another said aisle 10, and I ultimately found them myself in aisle 11.nnAfter locating only 9 registers on the shelf, I inquired at customer service about obtaining more. The staff member directed me to a busy colleague, stating I should ask him for help. When I approached the that colleague, he informed me that he couldn’t assist because he was not a plumber, and he asked me to follow him from isle 10 to 11 and pointed out to a very busy colleague, he said do you know the difference between plumer and electrician CS assigned him for me. Very rude.nnWhile the colleague in aisle 11 was ultimately helpful, the entire process took about 35 minutes instead of the expected 5 minutes due to a lack of effective assistance from staff. I appreciate the help I received, but the overall experience could have been much smoother with better collaboration among employees.

Yes, it’s my local Home Depot and yes I go there all the time.nI’ve never had a problem with the store but I ordered a Ridgid mobile packout 3 separate items online and waited about 2 weeks to get it, which was a bit much but not a big deal.nShipping told me it would arrive on the 26th. I called them on the evening of the 26th asking if it had shown up and it was there. I’m not sure when they were planning on notifying me…nAt the pick-up desk, they went behind the wall and brought out my merchandise and it was just wrapped in a few layers of shrink wrap, that’s it.nNo box, no cardboard, no styrofoam, no padding whatsoever.nThe shrink wrap was broken on the edges and corners as it had been rubbing against everything during shipment.nI asked the staff “Is that really all it comes packaged in?” And they said “it looks like it”nWell yeah.nAnyways, pretty disappointed with the damages to the brand new tool boxes I spent $260 on.nnI’ll be reaching out to management.nnThis was a gift. How do you gift someone something that’s damaged?

Great staff & well organised store. Unfortunately, Bernie Marcus who owns Home Depot is a huge financial supporter of Donald Trump. And since Donald Trump's administration has launched an economic attack on Canada & Canadians, my conscience prevents me from continuing to shop at this store since if I did, my Canadian dollars would be supporting the Trump administration in more ways than one. Herein, I shall be choosing CANADIAN TIRE.

Costumer satisfactionnnHellonWhile visiting store I found some discounted plywoodn4’ x 8’ sheet I wanted to purchase.nI wanted to be cut into 3 pieces two cutsWas told by employee and manager that this service is not available on discounted plywood.nI wanted to pay for it to be cut and was told no.nOn the side of the saw there is a sign first two cuts are free.nWhat's wrong with that picture?nEven after wanting to pay for someone to cut it for me , the answer was No.nOverall it is good store.nUnfortunately latest experience wasn’t so good .

The cashier provided a very poor experience—they struggled with counting accurately and overcharged me. When I fit-checked ABS fittings to confirm their size, they assumed I was attempting to hide them. This level of service was unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this place.
