Generally speaking I find this location well organized, clean and decently stocked. However the fastener isle is always low on supplies and I find that frustrating as I need to make many trips more frequently. Their seasonal decor is always changing and I regularly encounter staff smiling and offering help.

My favourite hardware store! The staff is always so friendly and always wants to assist! These guys go out of their way to make your experience memorable! I buy all my hardware stuff here since a few years back!

Carlie S. was awesome! One of the other employees had insisted even over her voice that they didn’t have any more of the items we needed, even though it was showing up in stock. She persisted, found them, and spent several minutes getting them for us, all with a cheerful attitude. She was so helpful and made our experience SO much better - and saved us a trip to another location.

I shop here quite a bit, and happy with most of their selections. I would rate it higher if it wasn't for the extremely clunky self checkouts they are pushing us towards. There are too many things you have to touch, and my recent experience there had a clunky keypad that you had to press hard before it would register the pin, but if you pressed too hard it would bounce because it's fastened to the screen with an arm that's an afterthought. The bounce would create two pushes on the pin pad. After three tries entering the correct pin, I terminated and went to a regular till.
