this store is awesome in way of they have everything you need and if they don't they guide you where to get it from. also the prices are fair and reasonable. every polite in manner. if you are in a quick bind this is the place to go.

Thank you Riverbend hardware for your excellent service. I stopped in to pick up some things for my garden bed. Most of the beds at the Lynnwood/Ogden Community garden are cleared out now. I want to say thank you so much for your participation in helping us.

Spent over $100 at this store…. Get home and 2 different copper fittings are missing “ probably the ones he used to ring them in “ I had got multiples of those parts. I go back to the store and he denied it and actually had the nerve to charge me the 3$ to get them again. I know 100% for sure they were never put in the bag cause everything else was there and no holes in the bag! Terrible way to treat a customer for over 10 years! I will never go back!

Great local hardware store! I went in for a couple small things and was impressed with the variety of things they carried. I'm pretty sure they can fulfill most of your small home DIY projects. Also above and beyond customer service from the young woman at cash! She must be commended. Give her a dang raise or something. I've been In retail my whole life and would ABSOLUTELY snipe her for my own store and she was the reason I wrote this review today. Overall 10/10 recommend this little hardware store.

Riverbend Hardware is a hidden gem! If you live anywhere near the Riverbend/Ogden area and always default to Home Depot you are making a huge mistake! I have on countless occasions gone in for some obscure part or piece of hardware and never once been let down! Examples of this: a replacement pull-string switch for a ceiling fan, tamper-proof electrical receptacle for a child's room, a specific sized tarp for my trailer, long snap-off bolts that can be fitted to cupboard or dresser drawer knobs, chicken feed don't ask! LoL, the list goes on! No they don't have lumber, but they have everything else you could possibly need. Fair prices and very friendly, helpful staff.

Arrived a couple of minutes after closing and they opened back up and let me come in to get some emergency keys cut. Lovely people !

I had to go in to buy mouse traps, and was way out of my zone of knowledge. The owners were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond, even taking out a few options to show and teach me how to use them.
