A clean and well laid out store, but the prices are not competitive. If you need to quickly pick something up this may be the place to go. Otherwise go to the Home Depot 3 minutes away, I've found the staff to be more knowledgeable than Lowes and the prices are better.

Fine place
But, low choice. 
Especially in rough parts, tools and paint... 
Staff don't know a thing about their products, in any department and are making mistakes which makes you come back for exchanges.  
You'll be better and faster serving yourself or go to an other home improvement store...

This is become my favorite place to shop now they've got an incredible selection the staff is fantastic I did a return the other day cuz I got duplicates for a gift and even though that store hadn't sold any they went out of their way to refund and I had no receipt I give a 10 out of 10 to these people if you need anything I would definitely look at Lowe's make it your first stop

Lowes in Shawnessy is a very nice location, super clean and lots of nice selections. Their kitchen section is awesome, lots of good ideas for new kitchens or renovation ideas!
All the staff is friendly and almost all of them ask if you need any help!

I find that the quality of products here fluctuates wildly, and the prices are high for what you get. It’s unlikely you will find someone to help you in the store. Found staff are either clueless or just dismissive and rude, but I don’t think that’s uncommon for hardware stores in general. It’s fine if you just need a few things and already know where they are.
