Canadian owned hardware store!nThis place is great. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, they all offered very intelligent unsolicited advice about the manual lawn aerator I bought. They sell high quality tools, knickkacks and things you never thought even existed. Very honorable return policy as well. I will be returning for more stuff.

I love Lee Valley! They have excellent products that they stand behind as a company. I recently had a default on one product a very rare occasion and they replaced it for me without question. As a consumer, I LOVE companies that stand behind what they sell

I have always appreciated the customer service at Lee Valley- until recently. I placed a phone order rather than ordering on line because I knew the stock was low. The woman that handled the call was so unpleasant and disagreeable: if I wanted that kind of customer experience I would have gone to a big box store. I will think more than twice about returning to Lee Valley.

My dad and I took the lathe pen turning class together yesterday and it was so much fun. Thank you Lee Valley for having these workshops and to Ron who walked us through the process of making these beautiful pens. This memory I shared with my dad will be with me forever, thanks for making it possible.

I recently purchased a tool for approximately $4,500. Within two days, I determined it would not deliver the results I was hoping for and returned to the store to request a refund.nnDuring the return process, the assistant manager expressed hostility, stating I should have contacted the sales representative for a demonstration before deciding. They also commented that I was making a poor decision. While I appreciate input, ultimately, it is my choice as the paying customer whether I wish to keep the equipment and see it as a worthwhile investment.nnWhile inspecting the returned vacuum, the assistant manager removed it from the box, looked it over, and then forcefully pushed it down the hallway, allowing it to roll freely into a wall. This action was unnecessary, unprofessional, and, in my opinion, should be reviewed.
