They said that there’s nothing they can do. They would have to contact the store and arrange pick up. I said do you want us to bring it in or leave it outside so I told him to leave it in my living room room. We went back to the store right after that and got a different fridge ordered then they wanted to deliver it on my wedding day on 26 I said no so they moved it to the 29th and they arranged for pick up and drop off at the same time Today is the 29th and my delivery time is between eight and 12. They came here shortly after nine Asked me if I have a pick up and I said yes, and they came in to make sure they could get it and show them the fridge. That was the exchange for the right one and they said we can’t take it. We only we only take old fridges So what’s the old fridge that was the wrong fridge? Should take it and they said no we can’t. I said well you guys are supposed to take it. It’s already been arranged said no we don’t have a pick up for Dropping off. I said if you don’t take it, I’ll throw it down my steps and drag it to the middle of the street and MarkHome Depot garbage, At that point, I’m trying to get a hold of the store. Finally got a hold of a manager name Vincent chinook Home Depot And the guy from the shipping company called his manager, Raj said he wouldn’t take it and I threatened to throw it outside onto the street and damage it on the phone. Raj company finally agreed to take it. I gave Vincent from Home Depot Chinook. The order number they finally agreed that they will fix it and take it. And I just called back in after being stressed for an hour Because of more people’s mistakes I talk to Aaron the appliance manager who told me it is arranged for pick up. They were supposed to pick it up. Blaming the delivery company. For everything, my headache, stress and blood pressure through the roof for this. And throw the delivery company under the bus and they said there is no order for mine so I talked to the delivery company so someone lying to Me. I am not impressed with Home Depot Chinook center For the fridge mixed up in the first place sell Me a 22 ft.³ But delivering me a 20 telling me it’s new in box And giving me a display model that caused the mess in the first place. And now the stress with the delivery of the correct fridge getting told they’re gonna take it back and drive off for my brand new fridge because they wouldn’t pick up their mistake Of the old one that was already Arranged for pick up If I could give zero stars or negative stars, I would.nnthis fridge is for my adopted mom She’s 80 years old just about 81 I’m not impressed with how they lied to her and caused her so much grief and that I had to get involved Fixed. Taking advantage of an older person is not right not fair.nnSenior abuse is real And she would’ve been stuck with someone’s mistake at her expense not impressed.nnLying is not right either Aaron The appliance manageris lying from Home Depot Chinook or Raj The manager From the delivery company. Early morning start 6:45am I needed gloves and the ones that were said to be online we're empty. A nice young lady found them on the very top rack using the large ladder ,got me what I needed. Thank you kindly.
