The Home Depot

This is my first five start for any retail business. Kingston Home Depot’s employees are so so good at providing great customer service. I went there for 2 things and came back with 5. Joe in blinds was awesome and very patient with cutting my 14 blinds. Garry in seasonal was very helpful with helping me with picking the right Christmas tree. Tom in hardware was great at explaining how the smart key works and not only that, he took us to the installed locks section and gave us a demo on how the key actually works. The managers in the store were very responsive. All the employees I met in this store were very pleasant, very helpful and great at customer service. Kudos to the Kingston’s Home Depot team.

I've been shopping at The Home Depot store in Kingston since it opened 20-30 years ago. I must go there on average once every week. I purchase everything from light bulbs and paint to a utility trailer and a garden shed. We've lived in our 1860 limestone home on its two acre lot for the past 40 years and it takes a lot of effort and TLC to maintain it. What I appreciate most about The Home Depot is the ongoing professionalism of its employees. They always seem very knowledgeable and experienced as if they had career in the trades before switching over to retail. And if they can't answer my question, they don't hesitate to find someone else in store who can. Other attributes include their convenient location. They anchor the RioCan Centre and are centrally located next to Gardiner's Road and close to Bath Road. That's ten minutes away from my home. Prices are competitive and I feel I get good value for my money.

My husband and I went in to purchase some hardwood flooring after saving for quite some time. We found some nice flooring that was on for $2.47 we were so exciting cause we could now do the downstairs of the house as well. We decide to talk to sales clerk to see how long it would take to order. I said what a good deal she said yes it is let me just check price. It turns out it was the wrong price. Home depot would not honor it which I think is totally wrong. They did offer us $500 off but it was still out of our budget. Very disappointed customers. As you can see in the pic it was and actual sign.

Excellent service. They put together a great woodworking session for our beaver scout colony. The youth loved it! Thanks Joy for being so fantastic with the kids

Rene of the tile department was amazing. Very knowledgeable very helpful just bought all the things that I need to be in the bathroom renovation
