Mission Thrift Store, Kingston

Stopped by yesterday. I really found the prices in this thrift store amazing. The store was clean and organized well. They had tons and tons of books - not my thing I hit the library, but if that floats your boat then you will love to meander. I really liked looking around, and although I didn't buy anything today, I will stop by again and GRACE them with my presence in the future. See what I did there? Lol

Second Mission store I've visited, it didn't live up to the one I always go to. Staff weren't friendly, found store disorganized and very dark, it felt like there were no lights on.

I feel compelled to place a review today.I am always gifting to bible gor missions.today I picked up a few items for my class room for some neurodivergent students in my class room.Apparently their server was down and they announced accepting cash only.I politely asked if my items could be held until 530 same day.I was shocked when the manager told me no.nI was very disappointed and left feeling that this manager has no empathy..for a store operating in the community under the guise of Christianity.. staff should be more understanding

The spire was great…. Performance was excellent, and the actors were dedicated… They truly enjoyed their time on stage and performing, …..and as a result, it was contagious, with the audience.

They sold an airfryer with a label that said this item works and when I got it home and turned it on, the dial wasn't working like it should. They said they accept returns one day after, so I brought it back within that time frame, but they would only provide a gift card instead of the cash I paid with. This seems really dishonest as they sold me something under a false claim, and ironic given the Christian nature of the store which you can't miss because of the piped in god tunes and the name.
