We bought a bed frame at the Kingston location. The initial 10 days to get our order turned into 5 weeks. After spending a whole day putting it together, we realized the head and the frame were not matching. It was also missing six screws, two steps were missing from the instructions, five parts were not tagged at all and two were tagged wrong. We have to give Amanda the store manager a thumb up for sending the delivery team within couple of hours to pickup the whole thing and refund our purchase. For us, it's NEVER AGAIN.

I am a regular customer of this store. I found it is worth buying at this store. My today's (April 21, 2017 at 1135 am) customer service experience was horrible. I bought a small SHAG. The price was pre-printed on the SHAG as $14.99 but it was clearly marked on the holder of the shags as $12.99. Both the labels on the SHAG and the SHAG holder are identical. Same situation was seen in both display locations (by the main entrance and inside store by the area rugs area). Both label shows JYSK DOLCE SHAG 2'×3'. The short hair young girl who was in the cash counter charged me $14.99. I brought her attention that price should be $12.99, not $14.99 as per product holder label. I told her, may be the SHAG is on sale, and the same reduced price is showing in both display area. At first she didn't even want to listen to me. Finally on my request she went there to check, came back and pointed her finger on the product label and told me in a very rude way that this is the right price. I told her again that the price is showing different on the SHAG holder label, so. She replied I don't put the product there, so I don't know. She didn't even give a second thought that the item may be on sale. Attitude like I want to get a $2 refund by making a story. Seems like she neither believed me nor wanted to verify if it is really mistake or the item is on sale . I was feeling offended. So I was leaving the cash counter. She finally asked me, don't you want to take $2 refund? Sounds like I was begging 2 dollars from her. I did not feel like taking and I left the store with very negative customer service experience. I told her your behavior should be polite. It is not about 2 dollar, it is all about poor customer service experience I had today at JYSK Kingston. The owner should rethink about the quality of their customer service. Those front desk people should be retrained in my opinion.

Staff were not friendly, would not put a table on hold that they were out of stock on, and also would not allow or entertain purchase of floor model as they may have more "in the next couple weeks." Horrible experience.

Don't hold your breath if you are waiting for a paid rain-cheque to be delivered. I've been waiting 3 weeks for a patio set and was just told it "might" be on a truck next week or the week after.

We had great service at the Kingston JYSK location. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They checked the back storage room to ensure that they had what we had come to purchase and made sure we were looked after when we returned with out truck later that same day. From the floor to the cash to the loading dock, the people made the entire transaction a happy one - and that always makes you want to go back. Thank you JYSK !!
