First they were great in the store serving you but after getting your money there service sucks. They were late with the chairs and table to being delivered by two weeks and for one of those weeks it sat in there warehouse. My mother only had there furniture in her apartment for 4 weeks before she passed away. We like the the chairs but the table doesn’t work for the size in our house. Went into ask about if we could return the table and try to get another table. The owners of the store couldn’t even tell me to my face that won’t do a return. They had one of there employees do. I would never recommend this store to anyone to buy from.

Awesome quality and service. Best part of my visit was a staff member who went over and beyond named Craig. He was amazing. To the management of the store, watch his guy. He knows his stuff and is a gem of a staff member. A+++ Craig.

I am a very satisfied customer! I just purchased a beautiful solid wood Quebec-made table for less than what I would have had to spend at other Kingston stores. I was able to choose from two different table lengths and pick from an assortment of stain colours. Both Peter and Lisa (the owners) were very helpful. I was told to expect delivery in 4-6 weeks and it came in 4 weeks. Peter and his son delivered the table (at no cost) the same day that it came in, attached the legs and cleaned up all the packaging. I would highly recommend this store for its quality furnishings, funky and traditional tastes, and fantastic customer service. It also felt good to support Canadian craftsmanship.

Great, friendly customer service. On trend quality Canadian made furniture. Would deal with Jolie furniture again.
