St. Lawrence Pools and Spas

I was a little frustrated at first. I purchased a hot tub and was told a date. However, when I called back I was told it was delayed due to manufacturing issues. Which I know is out of St. Lawrence pools control I asked to speak with someone about getting a different tub that may take less time. I spoke with Ron. He was absolutely phenomenal. He was so understanding about the situation and found me something better. The install went great and the guys were super professional! Super impressed: would highly recommended!

Never have I ever had to chase a sales person down. Sam, had you returned one of our many phone calls you would have had a spa sale. Instead you leave us doubting how professional the staff, owner and products in your store truly are. Suggest you work on your customer service. Thank you,

The service department was very helpful when I called about my swim spa screen not working. Jessica was very helpful and friendly, she was able to solve the issue over the phone. Great service.

I recently ordered a Hot Tub from St.Lawrence Pools and just received it last Tuesday. Great service was provided to me by Chuck the Owner. I truly appreciated the Service I received ! I really wanted to point out the Delivery crew Lee and a Female Student working with him . They went above and beyond for us , Super friendly and very knowledgeable ! They cleaned up all of the shipping material and made absolutely no damage to my Deck considering where the Hot Tub had to be placed. Lee explained everything in detail. Highly recommend this Delivery Crew to anyone

we ordered cr plastic's furniture and unfortunately we had a mix up and Chuck was good enough to follow up and make things right. Hopefully we will do business in the future **june 17** New Comment So after thinking this was done and put to bed more un organization, I just received a bill in the mail for a table that was paid for and was lost in the first order??? I will not do business in the ktown store again and its too bad because we are looking to buy the dining set and chairs next.

We purchased a hot tub and were given a date it would be delivered by within one month we made sure when we purchased that we didn't want to wait longer. The sales person said "guaranteed we would have it in a month as it was in the area". Well it has been over a month we have an electrician booked and planned yard work around getting the hot tub. Whenever we called we get transferred to several different people, or they say they will call back and dont. When we ask for an update they say only one guy can access the spreadsheet so they can't help us only he can and he is busy/on leave/away. The customer service at this point is very frustrating the date they guaranteed us was a lie, no updates, can't get answers. When you spend the amount of money you do better service is expected I feel like they will say anything for the sale and once made they dont care. This was meant to be an enjoyablething for us but that has now been ruined. They have our deposit which won't be refunded after 2 weeks according to the contract otherwise at this point we would cancel and go elsewhere.

We had our pool redone a few years back. St Lawrence pools did the whole job. We were very happy at their professional, attentive work. The following summer we noticed that the bottom of the liner was starting to crease. We called and were told this was normal. Every year after that it would crease a little more and a little more. Now the WHOLE bottom of our pool is wrinkled so bad that I don't think there's a smooth section left. This was and is very upsetting and does not let us enjoy our pool like we should be able to. Unhappy customer!

I have been a customer of St. Lawrence Pools for almost 25 years and in all that time, after hundreds of visits, I still remain truly impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable and professional service that every one of the staff deliver. Whether I have been there to potentially make a sizable purchase or simply getting a free water analysis, the staff are always amazing. We first went to St. Lawrence Pools to purchase our first in-ground pool. Product quality is what attracted us initially, but I can say it was, and remains, the exceptional customer service that has kept us going back after all these years. Bottom line - they offer premium quality products and stand behind all of what they do!
