Came in today to buy a Traeger and honestly had no idea where to start. Sig who’s 75 and still outworking everyone in that store took his time with me, walked me through the options, and made sure I was leaving with the right grill. No pressure, just genuine help. He even had a moment with my 11-month-old that made the whole thing feel less like a shopping trip and more like running into an old neighbour. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Ask for Sig.

Overall, it is a good store with many interesting items and competitive prices on several products.nnThe only issue is that when you need assistance, it is not always easy to find a staff member. Even when you do find someone, they sometimes do not seem to know anything.nnFor example, when I was looking for a specific tool, I had to walk through half the store just to find a person who could show me where it was. Other than that, everything is fine.

Best Home Depot experience I've ever had. It was super busy and yet somehow the staff was very helpful, I was in and out super quick with a big order. And then they help me load it.

Deeply disappointed with the after sale service. Purchased a screen door that was defective, went to the store where they provided an email address to send message and picture. Sent three different messages, with zero response. Needless to say, I will have to purchase a new door, but it won't be at Home Depot. Expected a lot more from them. To M. from Home Depot that asked me to send you a private message with more info. I would if you provide me with some contact information. There is no way for me to do that unless you provide me with an email. I've look at every possible way, and there are no email addresses available on the Home Depot website. The only email I have was the was provided to me when I visited the store after I noticed that our door was bent and defective. As I've mentioned before, I already send an email with photos on three different occasions, and never got a reply back.

I went in to see what they had for outdoor furniture. Jake stepped in and gave me great service. So good in fact I left with The Hampton Bay conversational and dining room set. Big thanks to Jake for all his help. Put it together last weekend. Love it.
