One of the salesmen in a blue polo just followed us around the whole time about 10 minutes staring. Felt extremely uncomfortable and rushed out of the store. Shame because the other employees were nice. Being followed makes your customers feel untrustworthy and unwelcome.
Jeremy Atwell has been our saleman each time we went it and I highly recommend his services. He definitely knows his products very well. The whole team is amazing, as soon as you come in, somebody is ready to help + Great showroom!
We were searching for a match to an older pattern tile renovations so yesterday went to Ritchies in Moncton. They went over the top to try and assist us. The customer service was AMAZING, to say the least! The store was busy but they took the time to search through every location. Then they even went online to try and find a match for us. They also gave us a website address where we would have access to do another search of our own. All their efforts were very much appreciated! Stephanie and Stephen we can't thank you enough for your patience yesterday. You have your customer service skills down to a fine art!!
Ryan at Ritchies Flooring was excellent to deal with. He showed us products that were just what we we looking for and set up installation to meet our tight schedule. The flooring is amazing, we couldn’t be happier with it and the installers were amazing, neat, pleasant and efficient. The installation was perfect.
Wasn't in the shop long before being approached by a staff member asking if I needed help which was fab. I found the product I was looking for, given info on installation and a quote. Nothing was too much trouble. Great service.

First I'd like to thank James at customer service you are very professional and courteous to my husband and I thank you! Secondly I would like to thank our two installers Kyle for doing our bedroom flooring and Aaron Petten for our living room. You guys were awesome, and very professional thanks again!
Best service and prices in moncton will be back
we redid some rooms in the basement with different materials from Ritchies. One area showed some early problems. I called salesperson Terry. Next few days they were here, all was fixed perfectly. Would definitely recommend.
Friendly service good selection, see James when you go in, great guy always helpful.
