The Brick

Went to look for furniture and was bombarded by three awkward sales people within the first 10 minutes of entering the store. None of the sales people were helpful nor friendly, they just made us feel uncomfortable. We went through the store quickly and felt like rodents being watched by birds of prey salesmen. I'm giving 2 stars because we found a piece of furniture that we liked, so we went home and ordered it online.

Ordered $5,000 worth of furniture 6 weeks prior to my move in date. They randomly delivered the furniture at week 4 while I was out of town...They had to load it back up and bring to the warehouse. They then advised I'd have it by 3pm on a given date and it arrived at 6pm. The couch was damaged upon delivery and 3 weeks later the broken couch is still in my home and has yet to be replaced or repaired. When I called - they can't even offer a solution or a time line what so ever. I won't be buying anything here in the future. The salesmen (Alan) was very good but the stores is one of the most disorganized businesses I've ever stepped foot in!

The rep was fantastic i didnt feel like i was being pushed around great to do buisness with.

I wish I could give the brick less than one star! We ordered a king headboard / footboard set. TWO MONTHS LATER it arrived and was so beautiful we were very excited. SIX DAYS after assembly the rails broke! Six days! I ordered a second set of rails in error but I didn't worry cause I figured I would just return it. After the original rail broke I called the store and was told that my order came from the bathurst store she "thought". After I insisted she confirm who I should be dealing with, she comes back and never acknowledges that she just tried to pass me off to another store because she didn't want to deal with me or do the research to properly handle the situation. Then I was told that because we opened the second set of rails to see if they would work we couldn't return them. So now we're stuck with over $1000 for rails that are either broken or opened after SIX DAYS!!! They apparently have a 72 hour policy to report something broken but only if it's already broken when you receive it not if it is a terrible product. We're going to try to repair the original rail using parts of the second but if we didn't know how to weld and build things I don't know what we'd do. So disappointed.... I guess I should have read the reviews. Beware buyers!!! - Carol

Mario helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We're pretty fussy buyers, but he took the time to really understand what we were after. He explained our options, guiding us toward the sectional couch set that is exactly what we need and want. Can't wait to take delivery!
