The absolute worst service. They talk french to each other about you, and when you ask for something that's perceived as inconvenient for them -- like helping with products that are high on the shelf -- they walk away and chat to their buddies en francais while in mid conversation with you. I forgot to mention he blatantly told me the product was discontinued amd I showed him the web page...had to chase him down the aisle as he was chatting with his buddynnTime before that I was followed through the store by a terrible plain clothes loss prevention officer. Wouldnt even let me have peace for a second i think he thought a 50 somethimg year old grey haired lady walking with a cane needing hip replacement was going to steal a toilet from your store.nnTwo terrible experiences the two times I have been there. There won't be a thirdnDismissive, rude jerks if it was possible to give zero stars or -100 stars I would. If you're an English female go somewhere else. Terrible Terrible Terrible

Outstanding Service from Moushami currently in seasonal! I came in on two seperate occasions this week and coincidentally ran into her twice and she helped me. Very quick, efficient, helpful and very nice, cannot thank her enough!!nnI give her even HIGHER praise because any other employee we ran into along the way seemed to try to brush us off , redirect us in the completely wrong section , or whatever else.nnThanks a bunch Moushami!!

Not sure why I expected anything different from Kent. Ordered a door on May 4th to be used in a business that's opening June 3rd. Gave them the timeline. They assured us it would be there in 3 weeks or less. Now it's apparently only arriving on June 10th which is obviously a huge issue since the door is required to be able to open.nnJust another in a long line of disappointments with Kent.

I picked up an in store item to purchase and went to your cashier area to pay. Only 1 cashier was working and she had her back to me as I approached. As I got closer I noticed she had her finger deeply up her nose, picking away at something important to her. After about a minute of standing there waiting and watching this nose picking continue, I had to get her attention as she did not notice or hear me standing behind her. As she turned around and pulled her finger out of her nose, SHE THEN IMMEDIATELY USED THE SAME NOSE PICKING HAND/FINGER TO PICK UP MY ITEM AND SCAN IT. SHE DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE OR NOTICE WHAT SHE HAD DONE. As a customer, I was in shock! I was disgusted. After our experience with Covid, I couldn't believe your staff would act in such an offensive/grotesque manner. What kind of person/staff member stands in an open area of a store picking their nose constantly for 2 - 3 minutes for everyone to see? Staff @ KENT!

Wonderful service! Had Marc from door and windows for installs help me out and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Overall, I highly recommend reaching out.nnPlus the store itself is so clean, open and it is easy to find anything. Customer service is amazing and I look forward to every trip to Kent!
