Canadian Tire

I don’t know how they have a 4 star google rating unless they are paying for good reviews. This is the worst canadian tire I have ever been to. The staff are impossible to find to get help, probably significantly under staffed, and when they can be found they really don’t care to help you. I went there because they had something in stock the other nearby locations didn’t have. I spoke to 3 people to get it out of the case for me and they all left and nobody returned. Finally after 35 minutes of waiting I walked up to the cash and asked for help a 4th time and somebody finally met me to get it out of the case. Then my next 2 visits the website said they had multiple units in stock. Both times they have nothing in stock. Please tell me how you lose 3 tool cabinets. At least one of the 2 times the guy checked the back stock for about a minute. The other time I got a shoulder shrug.

It's ok. The auto services itself seems to be reliable. However, they always take longer than initially advertised to do the service. So always come willing to wait, at least, 2 more hours than initially planned.

I made an appointment to change the tires on my car two weeks ago. Yesterday I went to the Moncton store Mountain Road at 4pm. I waited for an hour until I received the news that they no longer had the tire I chose on the day of my appointment.nnI decided not to choose other tires as they were all more expensive.nnI asked for the car key back and it was another 20 minutes waiting, and if I hadn't asked for it again I would have waited longer.nnFirst and terrible experience, my wife had to leave work early, we had to plan for this service two weeks in advance and in the end we didn't change the tires.

Very friendly staff in the service/parts department. Went looking for tires and wasn't expecting to get an appointment for installation immediately!! Used Canadian tire Mastercard and reeped almost $40 in rewards money. Also had a promotion on: spend over $200 and recieve a $30 promo gift card.

Such terrible experience today, I was greatly offended because they asked me to put the backpack on somewhere near the front cash, I can only shop with my wallet and cell phone. When did the customers become so unwelcome, am I being targeted as a thief?
