Placed an order for photos. Paid a premium to get them fast. Weeks later I’m finally getting my photos. I never received an email saying my order was ready. I had to call 3 times to find out on my own 3 because no one answered the phone the first two times I called.nJean Coutu offers much faster service for a fraction of the cost $13 as opposed to the $38 I paid with staples.nI can’t say I’ll use staples ever again, which is too bad because it used to be my go to place for printing.

Great experience. Abhishek Sain was great. He answered all of our questions, explained everything. He was efficient, very customer oriented, extremely personable and gracious. We went ahead with his suggestions and made a purchase. We would definitely shop at Staples Trinity again and ask to deal with Abhishek! Thank you.

I can't express how appreciative of the service that I received tonight at this location.nThere was two employees that helped me with loading up my print card knowing that there was only 15 minutes left before closing time. They never rushed me out and they allowed me to photocopy my documents. Thanks again for providing exceptional customer service, and for being so helpful!!
