Worst experience ever! I know it's 1 star but should be 0 stars. Long wait time, damaged products, another long wait time, scheduled deliveries without warning, scheduled delivers and cancelled twice the morning of because it wouldn't fit on truck and for someone travelling for work and making special arrangements to have someone at their home for delivery this isn't good, their final call was sorry we can no longer deliver to you because we have attempted 8 times, here's a $50 credit because you've had product for 15 months. There are so many other options for furniture of equal price and quality, please take your business elsewhere.
My husband and I were very pleased at the service we received at Ashley Homestore. We did not feel pressured by the young man that was helping us and he went above and beyond. He even stayed at the counter with us while we waited to process our payment.
Came looking for an Island for the kitchen. Found one asca clearance. Talked to a salesman who was very helpful. Got a great buy and hopefully a great piece of furniture. Overall pleased with the experience.
I ordered ottoman and couch. They both arrived defected. I didn’t see it at first, but then I tried to contact Ashley furniture, Moncton. The person on the phone told that they just started here , so has little information about anything I asked. Very “convenient”. I wrote email, no response. I finally got hold of the customer service, Halifax, was told that my couch and ottoman is gonna be fixed in a matter of time… I said I paid for the new stuff and I’m getting it fixed already. No competition was offered for my wasted time, I had to take one day off my work, to wait for a cleaning person to come and tell me that I have a rip on my new couch, extra weird stitches on my ottoman. Yes it will be replaced sometime in the future, but bills won’t wait, I have to pay for a “new furniture”. Very disappointed with the service from the Moncton area. Had to reach Halifax to deal with the couch problems. Still gonna have to waste my time in the future, just that my “new furniture “ will be fixed.
Good experience a day before with John, and today with Stephanie, they were always looking for alternative solutions, hopefully they keep the delivery date. Excellent service, and good products!
I was trying to find 2 end tables that would match a coffee table that I had bought from market place. I was told they were discontinued. But lucky for me I found the best salesman ever... his name is John from the Moncton store. He went above and beyond.. he made a few phone calls tracked down a few that were in a warehouse somewhere...and now they are sitting in my living room...so happy with my purchase and the customer service. A big shout out to the staff in the delivery department as well..you guys have a great team!!!!
Great sales associate! Very patient, gave me time to look around and was very helpful. My huge complaint and disappointment about my experience though is that I purchased a recliner couch that was defective due to the centre console being crooked. I was fine with that due to the fact it was marked down significantly but what I am not okay with though is that I asked to purchase a fabric protectant applied to couch before it was delivered. The associate informed me that due to it being defective he wasnt allowed to sell me a fabric protectant package. So now I have to go to a store to buy a can of fabric protectant spray because Ashley Furniture doesnt feel it's defective furniture is worthy of being protected. Doesn't seem right to me....
What a great experience we had dealing with Thomas on Sunday September 11th. Very knowledge and very professional. Will be back to but from him again for sure.
Very pleased with the service I have received, Even after having 2 delivery errors regarding my sofa. The manager and salesperson John Doiron did everything possible to make it right. They one thing I do find annoying is paying a delivery fee when buying a 4500.00 sofa when other companies deliver for free . This doesn’t make sense to me at all.
Was not very Impressed as I called from Fredericton for a price for my toddler on a bed one of your twin beds was told the price and then drove all the way down and it was $1500 more than what I was told
