Had a terrible experience this afternoon, the guy was yelling at me from the other end of the store, then said something in French so I said pardon? The guy got upset and called over the store clerk the lady couldn't get me the boot size so we kept looking. Then an older lady who doesn't work there told me I'm not allowed to touch anything. So I said I was leaving, and in the background they said good go. Poor service and refuses to speak English

Don't bother going there the man that's there is a rude piece of work. I think he doesn't like the English language because he became rude when my wife and I spoke English and basically told us to leave the store said all the shoe's are no good and to go elsewhere....we left, won't be back... spent over three hundred elsewhere. Used to go to this store to get shoes for all my family but no more. I wanted to get a pair for me and all these disinfectants that you need to apply when enter in all the stores damaged my hands skin up to bleeding. The doctor recommended not to use them directly on my hands so instead getting nitrile gloves and disinfect them to protect my skin. Surprise, when getting in the store the owner insisted to take out the gloves. I explained that I cannot do that as it will worsen my condition but instead I will disinfect the gloves exactly the same result and win-win situation. He insisted and said that this is the law. Really?? Logic did not worked with him so I did not had other choice but to leave. And so he just lost not one customer but 4. I give 2 stars because in the past I was satisfied with their service.

Salesmen keep bothering you to buy,can not look and choose.Never going back.

Excellent service! The owner of the store still cares. Even when you buy shoes on sale you can exchange or get a refund if they don't fit your kids! They care and want the shoes to fit perfectly, they are not just caring for a "sale"!Highly recommend them! Rubino shoes is the opposite. They just care about making sales!

This is a nice store, very clean and well set up. The assortment of shoes and boots is good and the service is helpful and courteous. There is bilingual service and the prices are reasonable for the brands that they carry. I will go back.

The service is horrible. Used to go there, but stopped after our last visit. Got treated so poorly. Never going back there again.

Good place.to purchase footwear and some accessories. They also have a fidelity program so nice to save after purchasing a.few.pairs.

Had some nice shoes fairly priced. Staff was very friendly and professional.
