We had a great buying experience at Dormez-Vous in Vaudreuil. The sales associates are really knowledgeable and professional. The delivery team was efficient. Benjamin our sales guy really knew his products in and out, and thanks to his advice I no longer have any lower back pain when falling asleep. We love our new mattress and pillows.
One of the best customer service I've ever gotten. I don't usually post reviews, but this service was too much of an excellent quality service to not say anything about it. Michael D.Ortenzi was the man helping us out and he sold us the best mattress that was tailored to our specific needs. We did not feel pressured trying out beds like in other stores, and he felt very friendly and genuine in trying to help us and give us the best possible experience. Highly recommend this place for their amazing customer service!
My husband,and I, we were looking for a adjustable bed so we went to Dormez-vous in Vaudreuil-dorion Benjamin, introduce himself to us. He, ask us lots of question on how we slept. We,tried lots of mattress. Benjamin, was very knowledgeable. We dis purchased a split king. We, are very Happy with our new beds. Thank you Benjamin.
Jeff is a very good salesman, he's very nice. It shows that he's been working for this company for many years, he really knows his stock! Very good listener and understand our needs. Not at all like other stores where you feel pressured to buy.
These guys know their stuff. Benjamin was able to help me with everything and letting us take time with every mattress and pillow that we wanted to try. Great service will definitely go back again.
