I like the opportunity to do suspension yoga, or traditional yoga the infrared heated room is wonderful! Staff and teachers are friendly. Studio is cosy and inviting. The variety of classes and schedule is great.

This was one of the most fun experiences I've had in Toronto and so much of it was due to how great of an instructor OJ is. He's so good at explaining/demonstrating the techniques and keeping everyone safe. We had a blast!!

Only been to two classes there but I was impressed with the staff and experience. I will definitely be going back!

Lindsey was fuego !! Her guided meditation to finish was a nice touch.

O.J was a wonderful instructor. We booked a private class for two and as two beginners he made us feel comfortable and went at the perfect pace. We were his last class that day and even though our alotted time was over, he still took the time to make sure we had insta-worthy photos!
