Great neighborhood spot. Unassuming and humble. I leave feeling I've accomplished something and I see many different fitness skill levels, so that makes me feel welcome and encouraged. It's got all the tools I need for a 'personal training in a small group' setting. Love it.
I had great time there, all the instructors were nice especially Nessa, after class I always feels so relaxing ,releasing and happier. If you want relaxing and not painful yoga practicing. Fitzone-plus is the good place to go!
This studio is everything you hope for and so much more! The instructors are fantastic - very knowledgable and caring - the classes are so much fun - I especially love the ZUMBA and love how the yoga classes work with the schedule. It's really a great vibe in the studio, and I'm so happy I found them!
Zumba classes here are fun and multilevel. Kizzy is the best!
Tried a variety of classes loved Angie's yoga class and John's group personal training. Both instructors offered alternative versions of their poses and exercises if the student wanted an easier or harder version. Individual attention and small class sizes have me coming back.
