Beaches Hot Yoga Studio, offering hot yoga, inferno hot pilates, yin yoga and specialty classes. A part of the Beaches community since 2002.

I was first introduced to Beaches Hot Yoga 7 years ago, it has since been part of my wellness routine. The studio is clean and organized along with being in a fantastic location walking distance from Woodbine Beach. The Instructors are very knowledgeable and are always willing to help you improve. Looking forward to trying the new cold plunge offered at the studio.
The best yoga/fitness studio in the city! Great variety in classes and teachers that take the time to make sure you are comfortable and have any adjustments you need. I hurt my back at work and the stretching in the Yin class along with dips in the cold plunge were game changers getting me back to full mobility. Can’t recommend this studio highly enough!
If you're looking for a yoga studio with amazing energy - this is it. The owner is one of the nicest people and has cultivated an excellent hot yoga studio with a lovely community - evidenced by many long term over 10 years teachers and students alike. Some changes in recent years to bring a variety of classes and experiences - but basic health and mobility is top on the list. Thank you so much for doing everything you do!
This is my happy place. Great community of friendly teachers and students. Always feels like coming home when you walk in the door. The yoga classes never disappoint, and the hot hiit and inferno classes are hands down the best classes I’ve ever taken. Insane results! All classes are open to beginners though pros. All sweating together. I couldn’t recommend this studio more!
Amazing studio! Not only is it a beautiful and relaxing space - the classes are top notch, with some of the best teachers I’ve ever trained with. The whole BYH team are incredibly inviting for new students, it really feels like a true community hub. Recommend checking it out!
I’ve been coming here for the last few months and can’t say enough good things! Each class and instructor provides a different energy and challenge to my practice. The newest class, Ignite 45 based on Barre and Pilates principles is AMAZING. I’m 6 months postpartum and this class is whipping me into shape so fast, while giving me the energy I need throughout the week to be the best momma!
Beaches hot yoga is an amazing studio for yoga and their High Intensity Pilates. Always a great sweat and keeps you leaving wanting more . I highly recommend the 6:30am classes. The perfect start to a day! Best studio in the City by far !
5 Stars for the hottest room in the City + an additional Star for the cold plunge. And 100 stars for the instructors& fellow yogis . I want to thank the Universe for the day I walked into this amazing studio.
